Program Coordinator

Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle, and infrastructure management
Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to diverse audiences
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
High degree of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability and resilience when faced with challenges and evolving project requirements
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in an operational, strategic, or executive support role, ideally within the automotive finance industry or a large, complex organization
Experience working directly with senior leadership
Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and communicate with all levels of management
Work well in a team environment
Exceptional time management skills and prioritization skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strategic Communication - tailor complex messages for different audiences
