Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures using portable X-ray equipment
Produce high-quality, accurate diagnostic images
Provide appropriate patient care and ensure patient comfort during procedures
Accurately position patients based on anatomical knowledge and exam requirements
Maintain accurate and complete records of patient information and procedures performed
Follow all radiation safety protocols and infection control standards
Perform routine equipment maintenance and quality control checks
Troubleshoot basic equipment issues as needed
Adhere to HIPAA and all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements
Communicate effectively with facility staff and healthcare professionals
Qualification
Required
Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree)
Current ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist RT(R) (required and must be maintained)
Eligibility for and compliance with Idaho state radiologic licensure, if applicable
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to travel within the designated service area
