Responsibilities

Ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services within the clinic and to home-based clients through ongoing monitoring of compliance and process improvements

Coach, mentor, and conduct performance assessments for clinical staff, including BCBAs, RBT Trainers, and RBTs

Oversee and evaluate the clinical progress of all clients, ensuring the development and administration of appropriate assessment and treatment plans

Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical concerns raised by parents and RBTs within the service region

Collaborate with Human Resources to attract, hire, and retain talent to meet organizational needs

Supervise and assess the effectiveness of service region RBT trainers and training protocols

Maintain a modest program management caseload of approximately 10 billable hours per week

Participate in other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
