Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and the general ledger

Maintain integrity of the general ledger by ensuring proper use of P&L accounts and reconciling all balance sheet accounts

Lead annual budgets and rolling forecasts in coordination with leadership

Develop and enforce internal controls to reduce risk and safeguard company assets

Prepare and analyze financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Manage cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to align with business needs and growth goals

Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax filings, and regulatory requirements

Improve financial processes and internal controls to drive efficiency and accuracy

Partner with leadership to provide insights, recommendations, and financial strategies

Oversee inventory and cost accounting for appliance and plumbing product lines

Manage external relationships with auditors, banks, and key vendors

Lead and mentor finance staff to build capability and foster accountability
