Responsibilities
Lead complex projects of diverse scope to optimize operational processes
Participate in complex problem resolution and determine methods and procedures for new assignments
Drive global process improvements within the organization
Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets
Act as a liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners
Influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes
Utilize internal and external data to provide actionable insights for business growth
Lead priority special projects that require structured problem solving, cross-functional coordination, and measurable impact
Diagnose operational gaps and design frameworks, tools, or processes that improve clarity, accountability, and execution speed
Translate leadership priorities into detailed workstreams with milestones, success metrics, and clear owners
Track initiative progress, surface risks, and ensure decision-making is informed, timely, and well-communicated
Develop concise executive materials, including briefings, summaries, and recommendations
Support strategic planning rhythms and operational excellence efforts across the organization
Serve as a proxy for leadership in select meetings or workstreams, ensuring continuity and follow-through
Qualification
Required
8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
Experience in strategy & operations, consulting, or business operations supporting senior leaders
Strong analytical, synthesis, and structured problem-solving skills
Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams
Experience working in tech, fintech, or fast-paced business environments
Familiarity with operational frameworks, business planning, and performance metrics
