Responsibilities
Support, operate, and maintain datacenter infrastructure systems
Capacity planning and management of data center resources
Connectivity and bandwidth management between the data center and service provider network
Development of methods of procedure (MOPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for engineering, TOC, and onboarding teams
Perform maintenance during data center/customer maintenance windows as required, including hardware, software, and firmware upgrades
Participate in on-call rotation
Participate in planning, designing, and engineering services to implement changes to client infrastructure to better and more quickly resolve technical issues

Required

You have advanced customer service skills/soft skills and experience in handling customer relations
