Amtex Systems Inc is seeking a Lead Workday Data Migration Specialist for a remote contract role. This position focuses on providing hands-on technical support for data extraction from Lawson/Infor for Workday implementation, specifically for HCM and Payroll data.

Responsibilities

Write and maintain SQL scripts to accurately identify and extract HCM and Payroll data changes between specific dates

Analyze Lawson/Infor data related to employees, jobs, compensation, benefits, and payroll to ensure integrity

Produce clean, EIB-ready CSV files that map correctly to Workday data expectations

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to confirm cutoff dates, logic, and extraction parameters

Troubleshoot and resolve data issues identified during the testing phases to ensure accurate migration

Qualification

Required

Strong SQL skills with extensive experience in hands-on data extraction and script maintenance

Direct experience with Lawson/Infor HCM and Payroll data structures

Solid understanding of HR and Payroll concepts, including employee records, compensation, and benefits

Familiarity with Workday EIBs and a clear understanding of data formatting requirements for successful loads

Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet strict project deadlines
