Responsibilities

Take the lead in creating and refining cutting-edge manufacturing processes

Utilize expertise to program and optimize production efficiency using computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software

Work closely with diverse teams, driving initiatives to elevate product quality and streamline operations

Conduct detailed root cause analyses and implement effective solutions to ensure seamless manufacturing

Uncover continual improvement opportunities while delivering crucial technical support to dynamic manufacturing teams

Collect, decipher, and leverage data insights to fuel ongoing enhancements in manufacturing methods

Qualification

Required

Engineering degree from ABET accredited institution (Industrial or Mechanical preferred, Electrical or Chemical accepted)

Proficiency in CAM software and programming languages

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Data and Financial analysis

Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma

Strong software troubleshooting skills

Preferred

Power BI knowledge preferred

Drafting experience preferred (Autodesk)
