Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive electrical test strategies for PCBA and system-level testing
Balance test coverage, D/PFMEA fault detection, and cycle time efficiency
Partner with development teams to design testability into products
Create test strategies, documentation, and troubleshooting guidelines
Design and implement end-to-end fault detection strategies, including: AOI, ICT, FVT, system testing, BIST, and ORT
Develop and maintain automated test solutions for PCBA and unit testing
Support RF and cellular test strategies
Analyze test data and recommend improvements to enhance quality and reliability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
5+ years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience designing and analyzing manufacturing test strategies
Strong understanding of D/PFMEA and fault detection methodologies
Experience with automated test development using: C++, C#, Python, and/or LabVIEW
Knowledge of RF and cellular test methodologies
Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and system-level issues
Strong communication and technical documentation skills
