Senior LevelRaas Infotek is seeking a Sr. SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level SharePoint and Power Apps solutions. The role requires strong expertise in SharePoint customization, .NET/C#, and workflow automation, along with client-facing experience to manage projects effectively.

Responsibilities
Design, develop & maintain modern SharePoint solution using SPFx (web parts/extensions), React, Typescript & UI
Integrate & manage solutions using MS Graph & REST APIs
Enhance & manage .NET/SQL based custom solutions or applications integration with SharePoint or enterprise systems
Design, develop & maintain apps/forms and automate workflows with Power Apps & Power Automate
Customize modern SharePoint Architecture (sites, lists, libraries, metadata, permissions)
Extend functionality using Azure functions, logic apps, and secure Azure AD integrations
Implement & manage advanced solutions using PnP, CSOM/JSON, CAML and PnP PowerShell
Setup and maintain CI/CD pipelines for SPFx deployments (Azure DevOps, Git)
Ensure governance, security, performance, and compliance best practices
Own code quality through reviews, testing, optimization and documentation
Platform operations & maintenance and implement best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as part of the ITSM
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint & .NET environments
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Ensure compliance with best practices for SharePoint architecture, security, and performance
Participate in project planning, documentation, and deployment activities
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in SharePoint Online development, platform operations and custom solutions
Strong hand-on expertise in SPFx with react & typescript, .NET/C#, web APIs or WCF experience
Solid experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
Experience with backend technologies such as Dataverse & SQL
Strong knowledge of MS Graph, REST APIs and Azure AD app permissions
Experience with PnP frameworks, CSOM/JSON, CAML
Good SharePoint Migration experience using Sharegate & Metalogix
Front-end fundamentals - HTML5, CSS3, JS
CI/CD exposure using Azure DevOps pipelines & Git
Strong experience in IT support model (ITSM) and support levels (Tier1, 2 &3)
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with experience in client-facing roles and project support
Ability to Co-ordination with Application and Platform teams, Hyper-Care support, Performance optimization, Unit Test & Integration test support
Managing services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
SharePoint & Power Platform expert certification
Knowledge of ASP.NET, C# and .NET frameworks
Knowledge of SharePoint administration and governance
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
PowerShell scripting & SPFx
Knowledge of AI and Automation in SharePoint
