Responsibilities

Analyze customer data to eliminate rating errors and bill customers for authorized services

Build relationships with customers and internal teams, including sales, pricing and collections

Redesign existing processes to eliminate manual and low-value work

Develop a strong understanding of customers’ billing requirements

Input new publications, complete rate revisions and troubleshoot errors

Research and fix payment discrepancies and overcharge claims in a timely manner

Participate in new customer start-ups to ensure rating set-up is completed and accurate

Make recommendations regarding issues that impact billing, collections and missed revenue recovery opportunities. Interpret customer contracts and agreements and communicate requirements to various teams
