Qualification
Required
10+ years in multi-unit franchise operations management, preferably in the fast-casual or quick-service restaurant industry
Must have franchise experience working for a franchisor brand, not a franchisee
Proven ability to lead large teams, drive performance, and foster strong relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders
Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, forecasting, and strategic planning
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to senior leadership and influence decision-making
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage competing priorities effectively

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
