New Grad, Entry LevelNVA General Practice is seeking a Client Services Representative to join Catalina Pet Hospital, a well-established small animal veterinary hospital. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and support for the health care of client pets, including tasks like appointment scheduling, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
Performs daily office tasks such as client communication, pharmacy refill requests, appointment & surgery scheduling and calling in prescriptions
Checking clients in and out and processing payments with accuracy
Processing e-mails & faxes throughout the day
Accurate record keeping & filing
Ability to handle multiple phone lines and multitask with ease
Scanning medical records for digital conversion
Qualification
Required

Ability to prioritize and multitask
Performs daily office tasks such as client communication, pharmacy refill requests, appointment & surgery scheduling and calling in prescriptions
