Responsibilities
Software Engineers at Motorola Solutions are involved in the design and development of state of the art microprocessor-based digital communication systems
Software development phases include requirements capture, design, implementation and test
These phases will be conducted using mature software development processes such as TDD & Agile methodologies
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Java, Android Studio and Android SDK
Embedded software development using Object Oriented Design
Ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent communication skills - verbal & written
Pursuing a Master's or Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Knowledge of C / C++, and / or Python is a plus
Knowledge of software development in the linux kernel is a plus
Knowledge of Agile / Scrum development methodology is a plus
Knowledge of Test Driven Development is a plus
