Lead and support engineering projects across client environments
Monitor and maintain systems and infrastructure for performance and security
Customize solutions to meet client needs and propose enhancements
Troubleshoot issues, liaise with vendors, and ensure timely resolution
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Azure Cloud, Intune, Microsoft 365, related cloud technologies
System administration: installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance
Preferred
VMware vSphere and VMware Horizon experience
Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions, primarily Veeam B&R
Scripting for automation and efficiency — PowerShell experience or ability to utilize AI to author production-ready scripts
