Responsibilities

Lead a 12-month enterprise-level program spanning planning, forecasting, allocation, and pricing
Act as the primary liaison between business teams, executive stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
Manage program governance, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive communications
Coordinate planning platform implementations and third-party integrations
Drive budgeting, planning, and allocation discussions aligned with retail business objectives
Facilitate steering committee meetings and present status updates to senior leadership
Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution

Qualification

Enterprise Planning platformsRetail industry experiencePlanningForecastingStakeholder managementCommunication skills

Required

Experience with Enterprise Planning / EPM platforms such as Anaplan or similar tools
Strong retail industry experience, preferably omni-channel
Proven background in planning, forecasting, budgeting, allocation, and pricing
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior leadership
Ability to understand technical processes and system integrations (non-hands-on)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work in a hybrid onsite/offsite model

Preferred

Direct experience leading enterprise planning platform implementations
Experience working across business, IT, and vendor teams
Background in large-scale, multi-workstream enterprise programs
