They are seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform system imaging, provide end-user support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and collaborate with administrators on project deployments.

Responsibilities
Perform PC system imaging, Deployment, OS installation, and repair
Process Helpdesk tickets and provide end-user support
Troubleshot software and hardware failures and identify network problems related to desktop, laptop, printer, and IoT devices
Collaborate with System and Network Administrators to support project deployments including software updates, system upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements
Manage and maintain inventory of desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and related hardware components
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent experience or A+ Certification
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent customer service skills
In-depth knowledge on PC and its components
Ability to dismantle and re-assemble laptops and desktops
Proven experience working in a fast-paced, hands-on team environment handling tasks/assignments which are moderately complex in nature
Must be able to lift equipment 50 lbs
Preferred
Knowledge of Computer Networks and connectivity TCP/IP
Knowledge of Active Directory
