Business Development Associate

Metroplex Civic and Business Association (MCBA) is a Members-Only organization helping DFW businesses engage in the community. The Business Development Associate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and manage existing partnerships while utilizing CRM software.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and existing partners while using personal touches and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce
Attend significant on-site meetings and occasional weekend events

Required

Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a focus on customer relationship management
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Bachelors degree
Long-term DFW residency
Existing relationships with DFW business leaders
