Responsibilities

Design, maintain and troubleshoot databases and data systems; ensure data accuracy and integrity
Provide technical support in infrastructure services, responding to complex issues and inquiries
Assist in the implementation of infrastructure projects and initiatives, executing assigned tasks
Participate in the development of infrastructure documentation, including incident reports and configuration details
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business goals
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders using tools like Power BI and PowerPoint
Follow established best practices & standards in infrastructure service delivery
Apply critical thinking & technical skills to find solutions to infrastructure issues

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft tools
Proficiencies in data analysis & problem solving
Some knowledge of Cisco network equipment and infrastructure principles
A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge & technology
Technical Skills: Excel, data modeling, data mining, business intelligence (BI) tools, statistical software, and data warehousing concepts
Analytical Skills: Problem-solving, critical thinking, attention to detail, strong research skills
Soft Skills: Excellent communication (written/verbal), presentation skills, ability to work under pressure
Strong attention to detail and financial acumen
