Independent Sales Representative
First Family Insurance (FFI) is a rapidly growing health insurance agency in the United States, known for its strong foundation of success and supportive work environment. They are seeking an Independent Sales Representative to sell health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans while maintaining strong client relationships and generating new leads.
Responsibilities
Sell health, dental/vision, and life insurance plans to individuals and families, striving to meet or exceed sales targets
Evaluate clients’ financial situations and coverage needs to recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and consistent follow-up
Leverage networking, marketing strategies, and social media to generate additional leads and expand your client base
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards
Work a minimum of 40 hours per week; additional hours may be required but are not mandatory to meet performance goals
Utilize CRM systems, quoting tools, and digital platforms for client management
Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
Qualification
Required
Active Florida 2-15 Health, Life & Annuities License (or willingness to enroll in a certification course, we will help you do so!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Preferred
Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
