Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and enhancement projects across multiple modules
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, schedules, and budgets
Define and track milestones using work breakdown structures (WBS), critical path analysis, and dependency mapping
Manage project financials, including cost estimation, forecasting, and budget control
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; define and execute mitigation strategies
Manage change requests with proper governance, impact analysis, and documentation
Conduct regular status reviews and provide clear reporting to senior leadership
Lead cross-functional design and integration discussions across SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, EWM, QM, PM, IBP, and TM
Ensure end-to-end process alignment across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, and Record-to-Report
Act as the single functional point of contact between business stakeholders and SAP workstreams
Validate functional design documents, configuration deliverables, and WRICEF specifications
Identify and manage cross-module dependencies and resolve functional conflicts
Work closely with business leaders, solution architects, technical teams, and external vendors
Lead requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis sessions, and solution demos
Ensure effective stakeholder communication across global delivery teams
Support business process harmonization, standardization, and template rollouts
Coordinate with ABAP, BASIS, PI/PO, BTP, and integration teams for holistic delivery
Oversee WRICEF development lifecycle and ensure alignment with integrated process design
Lead cross-functional readiness for testing, cutover, data migration, and go-live
Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Identify opportunities for process optimization using SAP best practices and innovations (S/4HANA, BTP, Fiori, AI/ML)

Required

10+ years of SAP project management experience, including full lifecycle implementations
Strong understanding of SAP functional modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, etc.)
Proven experience managing large, complex SAP programs using a global delivery model
Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, or similar industries
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field

Preferred

Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or greenfield implementation
PMP, SAP Project Management, or related certifications
Experience integrating SAP with third-party systems
Advanced degree is a plus
