Sponsorship Strategy Specialist (Sales)
United States Basketball Network (USBN) is hiring a Sponsorship Strategy Specialist to help grow local partnerships across Georgia. This role focuses on cold calling, email outreach, and in-person visits to connect local businesses with USBN teams, players, and fans, aiming to bring in sponsors and partners to support local sports.

Responsibilities
Prospect and contact local businesses across Georgia (daily cold calls, emails, follow-ups)
Set meetings and present sponsorship opportunities clearly and confidently
Build partnership packages that help businesses reach USBN fans and local residents
Visit businesses in person to introduce USBN and secure commitments
Manage relationships from first contact to signed agreement and ongoing support
Track outreach, meetings, and deals using a CRM and organized sales workflow
Collaborate with USBN leadership and team representatives to deliver sponsor value
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling rejection professionally
Highly organized and consistent with follow-up and relationship management
Team-oriented, reliable, and able to work well with others
Self-motivated and driven by goals, results, and community impact
Based in Georgia (preferred) with ability to travel locally for meetings
