Responsibilities

End-to-End Customer Onboarding: Lead new customer implementations from contract handoff through go-live, ensuring timelines, milestones, and expectations are clearly defined and met
Project Coordination & Execution: Manage multiple concurrent onboarding projects, coordinating tasks, dependencies, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
Workflow Discovery & Configuration: Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer operational, supply chain, and financial workflows and configure the triValence platform accordingly
Customer Training & Enablement: Deliver onboarding and training sessions to ensure users are confident, engaged, and prepared for go-live
Issue Identification & Resolution: Proactively identify risks or blockers, triage issues, and escalate as needed to keep implementations on track
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience
Documentation & Process Development: Create and maintain onboarding documentation, templates, and best practices to support scalability
Early Value Realization: Ensure customers achieve early wins and measurable value from the triValence platform, supporting a smooth transition to ongoing Customer Success management

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
3–6 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, professional services, or customer success
Experience implementing healthcare technology solutions, preferably in non-acute settings (ASCs, ambulatory, outpatient, post-acute)
Background implementing supply chain, ERP, procurement, financial, or payment-related systems
Proven ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously in a structured, deadline-driven environment
Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and professionally
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple workstreams and priorities
Ability to identify issues, assess impact, and drive solutions efficiently
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment with evolving processes
Ability to quickly become a subject matter expert on the triValence platform and its business value
Team-oriented with a strong desire to contribute to collective success
Demonstrates accountability, curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership

Preferred

Experience in a healthcare SaaS startup environment
Familiarity with onboarding or project management tools (e.g., Rocketlane, Asana, Smartsheet, Jira)
Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Exposure to EDI, payment automation, or healthcare financial operations
