Provide functional and technical expertise in the Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Configure, customize, and support WMS modules to meet business and operational requirements
Collaborate with business, IT, and third-party teams to deliver end-to-end WMS solutions
Support integrations with ERP, TMS, and other supply chain systems
Lead or support system enhancements, testing, deployments, and production support
Troubleshoot issues, optimize warehouse processes, and ensure system stability
Create functional documentation, solution designs, and user training materials
