Responsibilities

Take depositions of nurses, CNAs, facility staff, and management
Prepare for and conduct depositions across all firm cases
Work closely with supervising attorneys on deposition strategy
Serve as the firm’s dedicated deposition resource

Qualification

Active Florida Bar licenseDeposition experienceWitness examination experienceAdvocacy skillsCross-examination skills

Required

Active Florida Bar license
Strong deposition or witness examination experience
Backgrounds encouraged: State Attorney, Public Defender, PI, or medical malpractice
No nursing home experience required
Open to relocation
