Responsibilities
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to transport, load, and unload materials safely
Review and process orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Safely move products within the warehouse, including stacking and organizing materials
Perform shipping tasks, including handling small parcels (UPS, FedEx) and skids (LTL shipments)
Inspect and maintain forklifts, reporting any issues for timely repairs
Follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures to prevent accidents and maintain compliance
Assist in developing and improving shipping processes for greater efficiency
Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be Forklift Certified
Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one interactions with other employees
Standing & Walking: Must stand and move throughout the warehouse for 8-10 hours per day
Lifting & Carrying: Frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds
Repetitive Motion: Regularly use hands to handle, reach, and operate warehouse equipment
Posture & Movement: Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch
Vision & Perception: Must have close vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
Preferred
Experience using SAP
Experience with UPS/FedEx shipping software and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
RF Scanner experience
