Responsibilities

Assist in leveraging global campaigns to implement and manage scalable through-partner marketing programs that generate partner-sourced leads, meetings, and pipeline
Manage the execution of channel marketing programs, resources, and tools designed to support partner-sourced demand generation
Track and report partner demand metrics to quantify program impact and effectiveness
Manage the creation, execution, and budget reporting of quarterly partner marketing plans
Support the education and coordination of internal stakeholders and partners to implement agreed-upon initiatives and programs
Foster strong working relationships with partner marketing and sales stakeholders
Build close partnerships with internal teams including Channel Sales, Channel Marketing, Field Marketing, and Sales Marketing to support partner marketing plans that drive pipeline growth
Support and facilitate cross-functional coordination
Ensure diligent execution of unique marketing plans and campaigns
Communicate effectively with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Required

5–8+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the technology industry and with partner or channel marketing experience
Demonstrated ability to execute and manage enterprise-level marketing campaigns
Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities and disciplines
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
Excellent time management and communication skills
High energy, passion, and a 'can-do' attitude
Ability to execute with urgency and strong attention to detail
In-depth understanding of the reseller partner ecosystem
IT industry experience with knowledge of Cloud and Cybersecurity
Experience working with enterprise-scale IT partners
