Business Growth / Sales Specialist
Castel Communications LLC is a growing communications company seeking a Business Growth Specialist to help expand their brand presence and client partnerships. The role involves supporting business growth through outbound sales efforts, marketing initiatives, and in-person brand representation at trade shows and industry events.
Responsibilities
Support sales growth by identifying and engaging prospective with clients
Conduct outbound outreach through email, phone calls, meetings, and networking opportunities
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
Assist with planning, setup, and follow-up for events and conferences
Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and follow-up activity
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and partners
Provide regular updates and insights on market trends and lead activity
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable presenting and engaging with clients in person
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Willingness to travel for trade shows, conferences, and client meetings (air and/or car)
Experience with sales outreach and relationship development
Familiarity with marketing tools and digital communication channels
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Confident phone and in-person presence
Positive, professional, and results-oriented mindset
Preferred
2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, communications, or a related role preferred
