Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and maintain the fleet management platform, including backend APIs, web applications, and supporting infrastructure
Implement secure authentication, authorization, and encryption mechanisms
Build responsive, reliable front-end applications for customers and internal users
Collaborate with mobile developers and contribute to a React Native-based app for vehicle access and diagnostics
Integrate backend services with IoT hardware and real-time telemetry
Define and operate cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience building and shipping production full-stack systems
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
Strong front-end skills (React, Vue, or similar) and backend experience (Node.js, Go, Python, or comparable)
Expertise in authentication, encryption, and applied cryptography
Preferred
Experience with mobile apps (React Native)
Knowledge of IoT or telematics systems
Familiarity with MQTT, WebSockets, or real-time data processing
Prior startup experience as an early engineer
Interest in electric vehicles or motorcycles
