This role combines technical expertise with strong project management and communication skills to lead React framework initiatives and manage the React WebUI Center of Excellence (COE).

Responsibilities

Oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of React framework components
Drive the vision and strategy for the React Web UI Center of Excellence (COE)
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and project-related queries
Establish governance frameworks, best practices, and reusable component libraries for enterprise-wide adoption
Define project milestones, manage risks, and ensure alignment with key stakeholders
Facilitate effective communication across multiple teams and resolve cross-functional dependencies
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery
Prepare and present project updates, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership

Qualification

Required

Software development experience
Technical project management or software engineering
Strong knowledge of React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and web architecture
Solid understanding of web architecture, APIs, and modern development practices
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies
