Customer Service Representative
ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Representative who delivers exceptional service on every customer interaction. The role involves supporting inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with account questions, processing payments, and resolving issues in collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and assist with billing, account updates, and portal access
Make outbound calls to resolve issues or follow up on customer needs
Process payments, refunds, and service tickets
Route new and renewal sales inquiries to the appropriate team
Provide friendly, professional, and accurate customer support
Collaborate with Care, Billing, and Sales teams to resolve customer issues quickly
Meet performance expectations (quality, AHT, SLA, etc.)
Share customer insights to help improve processes and retention
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of call center experience
Strong verbal, written, and customer communication skills
Ability to type 40+ WPM and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM platforms
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
Reliable attendance; ability to work occasional overtime
Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
Preferred
REP/energy industry experience (ERCOT or other markets)
