Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Director on account growth, pipeline development, and revenue tracking
Support proposal development, RFP responses, pitch decks, pricing models, and SOWs
Translate client discussions into solution ideas, value propositions, and follow-up actions
Coordinate post-meeting actions: decks, notes, proposals, follow-ups, and next steps
Track sales pipeline, conversion metrics, and account plans in collaboration with Sales teams
Attend senior client meetings alongside the Director and independently as needed
Rapidly synthesize discussions into clear problem statements, solution options, and execution plans
Develop consulting artefacts: TOMs, operating models, roadmaps, governance frameworks, dashboards
Act as a thought partner in shaping Risk Advisory offerings and accelerators
Support delivery leadership on quality, scope, and client satisfaction
Act as a central coordination point across Finance, HR, Resourcing, and PMO
Support revenue forecasting, margin tracking, and financial reviews
Drive hiring plans, interview coordination, onboarding, and workforce planning
Prepare leadership updates, performance packs, and management MI
Ensure follow-through on Director-level priorities and strategic initiatives
Support development of Risk Advisory assets, playbooks, and solution frameworks
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team culture and capability building
Support internal initiatives such as training programs, innovation, accelerators, and go-to-market themes
Act as a bridge between delivery teams, leadership, and sales
Qualification
Required
6–10+ years of experience in Risk Advisory / Regulatory / Consulting
Strong exposure to financial services risk domains, such as: Regulatory Reporting, Data Risk & Data Governance, Operational Risk / Operational Resilience, Controls, Compliance, or Transformation programs
Proven experience supporting or leading business development activities
Experience working closely with senior leaders / Partners / Directors
