They are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join their Operations Team, responsible for image digitization, restoration, and ensuring quality during data processing.

Responsibilities

Sorting, prepping, and scanning hard copy records to produce high-quality digital images while following specific production procedures/guidelines

Index key data into multiple software applications with a focus on timeliness, accuracy, and the creation of document control sheets for all records

Adhere to Imaging Center guidelines to maintain a clean work environment and complete all internal documentation and tracking as required

Work closely with the Digital Team and follow special instructions or assignment of other duties specified by your Supervisor/Manager to meet daily production goals

Minimum requirement of HighSchool Diploma and or equivalent

Familiarity with PC and other computer-related products/administrative experience

Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English

Work independently with minimal supervision and understand the importance of detail and accuracy

Must be able to lift up to 40lbs

Benefits

Pay: Exact Rate of $19.00/hr, SCA Wage Eligible $4.93/hr

Shifts: Set schedule Monday - Friday 7AM - 3:30 PM

Term of Project is Subject to Workload (5-6 month project)
