Responsibilities

Own and evolve the Qlik Sense platform, including overall UI/UX, usability, navigation, and consistency across applications
Establish and enforce Qlik Sense design standards, templates, and best practices
Redesign and enhance existing Qlik Sense applications to improve user experience, performance, and adoption
Configure and optimize Qlik Sense features (apps, streams, security, extensions, governance) to support self-service analytics
Partner with BI leadership and stakeholders to align the platform experience with organizational needs
Enable and support other developers and analysts by improving ease of use, documentation, and platform guidance
Serve as the primary Qlik Sense subject-matter expert and escalation point

Required

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
7+ years of experience working with Qlik Sense in a senior or lead capacity
Demonstrated experience owning or significantly enhancing a Qlik Sense environment
Strong UI/UX expertise within Qlik Sense, including layout design, navigation, usability, and visualization best practices
Experience improving adoption and usability of analytics platforms for diverse user groups
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as a platform owner

Preferred

Experience supporting enterprise or healthcare analytics environments
Experience enabling self-service BI and mentoring other Qlik developers
Familiarity with analytics platform governance and standards
