Senior LevelMedasource is seeking a skilled Qlik Sense BI Developer with strong front-end and data visualization expertise. The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize interactive dashboards and analytics solutions, ensuring insights are accurate, intuitive, and actionable for business users.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense applications with a strong emphasis on front-end usability and visual storytelling
Create intuitive dashboards, reports, and KPIs aligned with business requirements and best practices in data visualization
Translate business needs into effective visual analytics solutions through close collaboration with stakeholders
Apply Qlik Sense best practices for layout design, color usage, interactivity, and performance optimization
Develop reusable front-end components, templates, and standards to ensure consistency across BI assets
Optimize existing dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability
Work with data modelers and back-end developers to ensure clean, efficient, and well-structured data models
Conduct user training and provide documentation to support adoption and self-service analytics
Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues related to filters, selections, expressions, and visual behaviors
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense (front-end development)
Deep understanding of data visualization principles, UX/UI design, and dashboard usability
Advanced knowledge of Qlik expressions, set analysis, and variables
Experience designing interactive dashboards for executive, operational, and analytical users
Solid understanding of BI concepts such as KPIs, metrics, dimensional modeling, and data storytelling
Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, intuitive design
Preferred
Experience with custom visualizations, extensions, or mashups
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other front-end technologies
Familiarity with Qlik Sense security concepts (section access, data reduction)
Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
Background in analytics for finance, sales, operations, or marketing domains
