Responsibilities

Participate in implementation projects and support process improvement initiatives within Change Implementation

Review, analyze, and resolve tactical Change Implementation assignments with low-to-moderate risk

Research, evaluate, and recommend solutions for operational challenges

Provide clear and accurate information to client personnel regarding implementation activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant execution of deliverables

Required

2+ years of experience as an Implementation Manager or equivalent in Change Implementation

Experience with payments or merchant acquiring processes

Project management experience and familiarity with MS Office Suite

Preferred

Experience with onboarding processes

Background in the financial services industry
