Responsibilities

Lead strategic project development for international initiatives across all Bloom product lines, ensuring briefs are clear, actionable, and aligned to global business goals

Collaborate with brand, creative, regulatory, operations, and international partners to define scope and shape multi-market launches and campaigns

Manage complex, multi-region project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using Wrike, driving accountability across teams and time zones

Maintain global brand consistency across packaging, marketing, retail, and digital touchpoints while supporting thoughtful regional adaptations

Oversee creative and production workflows for international markets, ensuring smooth handoffs between internal teams and external partners (agencies, printers, distributors)

Review creative and packaging assets with a technical lens, ensuring accuracy across specs, dielines, translations, file setup, and production readiness

Build and refine scalable processes for international creative intake, approvals, and execution

Identify gaps, risks, and bottlenecks in international execution and proactively implement solutions

Support onboarding and alignment of new international stakeholders, establishing clear expectations and operating standards

Required

4–7 years of experience in project management, ideally within CPG, beverage, beauty, or wellness, with international exposure

Proven experience managing multi-market or global projects with cross-functional stakeholders

Strong understanding of print production, packaging workflows, and international adaptation requirements

Experience building repeatable processes in fast-growing or ambiguous environments

Strong communicator with the ability to align teams across regions and shifting priorities

Proficiency with project management tools

Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with evolving processes
