Responsibilities
Design, deploy, operate, and support large-scale AV and voice/video systems, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and global conferencing platforms
Manage AV infrastructure and lead complex implementations
Troubleshoot advanced issues and coordinate with vendors and facilities teams
Ensure alignment with ITIL standards, security, and compliance requirements
Provide technical leadership on projects and support executive-level meetings
Contribute to AV strategy and innovation, and deliver training and documentation to end users
Qualification
Required
5+ years of enterprise AV support experience
Strong Windows OS and collaboration technology expertise
Experience with Crestron (OneBeyond, Automate VX), voice endpoint management, and signal flow
Preferred
AVIXA certifications (CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D)
