Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from customers
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians
Provide accurate information regarding services, warranties, and pricing
Maintain detailed and organized records within our service management system
Resolve customer issues or escalate to the appropriate team member when necessary
Follow up on completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate closely with internal departments for efficient service delivery
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software
Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and professional demeanor
Coachable and motivated to seek out additional responsibilities
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Sit up to (8) hours per day, occasionally lift to (15) pounds
Sitting 8 to 10 hours per workday
