Responsibilities

Administer your own Arbitration caseload under the supervision of our in-house counsel. Includes drafting of legal documents, filing of demands, maintaining up-to-date reporting for attorneys, keeping track of all the details and deadlines on your caseload, and providing high-quality work product that requires little to no editing before filing

Prepare for and attend Arbitration telephonic hearings

Draft complaints, affidavits, legal briefs, and emails for attorneys

Collaborate with Recovery professionals in other verticals to focus on timely, efficient dispute resolution

Review and arrange payments for invoices

Maintain legal databases

Handle all incoming and outgoing mail for the department

Various other administrative duties as needed including ad-hoc collections initiatives
