Responsibilities

Partner with the Head of Growth and Growth Lead across live opportunities, from late-stage discovery through close
Own the deal mechanics: proposals, pricing models, scopes, and sales decks
Help maintain momentum on deals by managing next steps, systems (Asana and Hubspot) materials, and follow-ups
Support the creation and iteration of sales proposals and commercial documentation
Support pricing conversations with a strong understanding of margin, resourcing, and deal structure
Work closely with the Finance Business Partner to ensure pricing assumptions, margins, and forecasts are aligned
Continuously improve proposal quality, consistency, and speed
Ensure HubSpot is kept clean, accurate, and up to date across: Deal stages, Forecasting, Deal values and probabilities
Translate pipeline activity into clear forecast views for leadership
Support the Head of Growth with reporting, insights, and commercial visibility
Act as a day-to-day commercial partner to Growth, Finance, and Delivery
Ensure smooth handovers from closed deals into delivery
Surface risks, gaps, or inefficiencies early and proactively

Required

Proven experience in a growth, revenue operations, sales enablement, or commercial role
Experience supporting complex deals in services, consulting, or SaaS-adjacent environments
Strong fluency in decks, proposals, pricing, and commercial documentation
Comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders and deal owners
Commercially sharp and detail-oriented
Naturally organised; enjoys bringing structure to moving parts
Confident partnering with sales-led profiles
Strong written and visual communication skills
Resilience - keeps deals moving when things get complex
Motivated by team success and closing well, not personal quota

Preferred

Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Experience in or alongside a scaling business
