Responsibilities
Review and process payroll entries from Workday
Maintain payroll records and audit monthly/quarterly payrolls
Coordinate with billing teams for hourly attorney payroll
Ensure payroll registers tie to the general ledger
Provide backup support for payroll team members and assist with special projects
Collaborate with HR and key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Qualification
Required
3+ years of payroll experience, with a solid background in payroll processing and general ledgers
Demonstrated Workday knowledge and advanced Excel skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work with confidential information
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance
