Responsibilities
Manage and resolve support tickets following documented processes and service standards
Provide best in class client support through phone, email, chat, and remote sessions
Provide on-site support at client offices as-needed in the Dayton region (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits depending on client needs)
Effective cross functional collaboration to ensure timely and accurate resolutions
Resolve hardware, software, and network issues on workstations, servers, and mobile devices
Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (once every couple of months on average)
Assist with project implementations as needed
Document processes, solutions, and client environments in our knowledge base
Qualification
Required
Strong experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS workstations, printers, and peripheral devices
Experienced in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and user management
Basic understanding of networking concepts
Estimate of 1+ year recent experience in a similar position
Client-focused and ownership mindset
Excellent interpersonal skills
A collaborative, agile team player
Can effectively self-manage multiple tasks, tickets or projects simultaneously
You are an impassioned learner and always open to receive training, coaching and feedback for continuous improvement
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
Extended periods of sitting, standing, typing, and talking
Ability to travel (by car) to client sites as needed
