Responsibilities
Serve as a Senior Software Engineer and key technical leader on the team
Oversee major features and systems, leading critical projects from inception to completion
Develop complex, scalable full stack solutions using .Net (C#), REST APIs, Docker/Kubernetes
Architect solutions and write high-quality code with minimal supervision
Review, guide, and mentor junior engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
Lead code reviews to ensure quality and consistency
Design and implement solutions that are scalable and maintainable, considering system-wide implications
Participate in planning, estimation, and timeline management for projects
Ensure alignment of development activities with business objectives
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Demonstrate ownership of assigned features and modules
Utilize strong communication skills to facilitate team collaboration and project progress
Apply knowledge of Agile/SAFe methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, SDLC, BDD/TDD, and cloud (GCP/Azure DevOps)
Write and optimize queries/scripts for Oracle and MS SQL Server databases
Support configuration and maintenance of third-party software
(Preferred) Understanding of pipeline business processes
