Responsibilities

Manage and support employee lifecycle and human resources processes within Workday and SAP systems

Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and system data in alignment with internal controls

Administer data quality reports and resolve errors through timely and accurate corrections

Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and increased efficiency

Maintain and update process documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance

Ensure adherence to defined human resources processes and internal policies

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve service quality and operational efficiency

Provide system and process training to new team members

Respond to stakeholder inquiries related to human resources data processing and reporting

Partner closely with cross-functional human resources teams to deliver consistent service outcomes

Required

Bachelor's degree with a strong preference for a concentration in Human Resources

Minimum two years of experience in a human resources environment

Hands-on experience with Workday and or SAP human resources systems

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously

Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Bilingual Spanish speaking and writing skills required

Customer-focused approach with the ability to adapt quickly to change

Continuous improvement mindset

Preferred

Experience delivering process or system training

Exposure to project management or process improvement initiatives
