Moment is seeking an Associate Creative Director who is both a conceptual thinker and a highly skilled designer. The role involves leading the creative vision on brand experiences, mentoring junior creatives, and collaborating across departments to deliver strategic and on-brand work.

Responsibilities

Lead creative development for experiential campaigns (e.g., live activations, pop-ups, retail takeovers, stage builds)
Translate briefs and strategy into original concepts and compelling design directions
Design key visuals, spatial mockups, and presentation materials for internal and client-facing use
Present creative work to clients and internal stakeholders; contribute to pitch work and new business development
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, strategy, and account teams to ensure alignment across execution
Oversee and mentor junior designers and art directors to uphold creative standards
Manage freelance creative talent as needed, ensuring on-time delivery and brand consistency
Maintain consistency across all creative deliverables and ensure they align with Moment’s standards of quality and innovation

Required

Conceptual and spatial thinking with strong visual storytelling ability
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and spatial/layout tools (e.g., SketchUp, Keynote, etc.)
Exceptional presentation and communication skills
Team leadership and mentorship capabilities
Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping timelines and shifting priorities
Strong attention to detail and creative execution
Comfort operating in fast-paced, collaborative agency environments
Deep understanding of experiential design and how brand stories come to life in real-world spaces
4+ years of creative experience, preferably in an experiential or integrated agency setting
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, or a related field
A portfolio that demonstrates concept development, brand storytelling, and strong design craft (with experiential or spatial examples)
Experience presenting creative work to senior clients and executives
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, production, and account teams
Must be based in Denver or willing to relocate — this is a Monday–Friday in-office role
