Technical Project Manager (OT Security)

Toyota Tsusho Systems US, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to drive the successful execution of OT cybersecurity projects. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and workstreams while ensuring operational excellence and effective communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of OT cybersecurity projects to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including OT cybersecurity engineers, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and progress
Develop and deliver clear, concise, and impactful project status reports and executive presentations using advanced PowerPoint skills
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively manage and escalate as appropriate to ensure timely resolution
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones to leadership
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and communication channels to promote transparency and collaboration
Support change management processes and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Manage vendor relationships and contracts to support project objectives
Ensure adherence to Toyota's project management standards and OT cybersecurity policies
Drive continuous improvement of project management practices within the OT cybersecurity team

Required

Proven experience as a technical project manager, preferably within OT cybersecurity, IT, or industrial sectors
Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office applications for creating executive-level presentations
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to shifting priorities
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
Comfortable working in a hybrid onsite/remote environment
Willingness to travel up to 5% as required

Preferred

PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification
Experience managing geographically dispersed or distributed teams
Military project management experience
Knowledge of Jira
Willingness to develop foundational knowledge of OT cybersecurity concepts
