Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation scripts

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Product, and Project Management) to ensure timely and accurate testing

Utilize tools such as Jira for defect tracking and Selenium for automated testing

Drive continuous improvement in QA processes within Agile/Scrum environments

Report on quality metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Lead and mentor QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration

Define and implement QA strategies, standards, and best practices across projects

Proven experience in QA leadership roles
