The Loan Servicing Analyst will support a portfolio of loans, conduct financial analysis, and ensure compliance with loan agreements while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting a portfolio of 50-100 loans across 2-3 clients

Conduct initial abstract of loan transactions and any and all amendments

Support New Loan Boarding with regards to any questions they may regarding initial setup

Ensure all transactions are received from Client and provided for recording in system or record, along with validation and follow up to ensure proper recording and set up of same

Track and prepare initial financial analysis including operating statements, budget and variance review, loan administration and borrower support, workout and foreclosure analysis, lease analysis, appraisal and engineering report reviews, etc

Review and interpret legal documents, such as loan agreements, guarantees, and promissory notes, and coordinate with borrower and respective staff to ensure the loans remain in compliance

Additional loan servicing and reporting as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate and/or Accounting

A minimum of 3 years of experience in risk/financial analysis, valuations, relationship management, workouts, capital markets and Asset Management

A strong knowledge of real estate markets with a particular emphasis on multifamily, office, retail and senior living sectors

Excellent project management, leadership and organizational skills

The ability to 'think outside the box' and present ideas in a clear and concise manner

You are experienced in maintaining a control environment and adhering to standard operation procedures

You are flexible and comfortable adapting to fluid operational requirements and deliverables

Preferred
