Responsibilities

Lead with Purpose Inspire and guide a team of risk and compliance specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Drive Operational Risk Excellence Oversee the design and execution of risk frameworks, control testing, and remediation plans to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Ensure Pricing Integrity Direct the pricing verification process to validate pricing accuracy, transparency, and adherence to valuation policies across fixed income products

Oversee the Valuation Committee Chair and manage the Valuation Committee, ensuring pricing methodologies are rigorously reviewed, validated, and approved in line with governance standards

Champion Strategic Change Partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, automated solutions that strengthen controls and enhance client confidence

Engage as a Trusted Advisor Communicate risk insights and compliance updates to senior stakeholders and clients, positioning LSEG as a leader in governance and pricing integrity
